5 TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is encompassed in the field of materials used in the construction industry.
Said invention is a sheet of desolidarization, which can be arranged between the cladding and the slab, with a view to preventing the formation of cracks in the cladding finish due to the variations suffered by the slab, which are transmitted to the lining. 15 BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
In construction, it is very common to have a coating on a floor, for example, ceramic pieces on concrete, forming a solidary body that behaves as if it were a single piece. For this reason, the variations that the slab undergoes, either,
20 expansion or contraction, for example, by changes in temperature or by settlement of the building, are transmitted to the coating, causing cracks in the finish of the latter, representing discomfort, in addition to threatening the aesthetics of the finish.
25 Laminar elements are known that are arranged between the slab and the lining. Said laminar elements are composed of plastic layers that, due to deformation, absorb the previously mentioned variations that the slab undergoes.
On the other hand, waterproofing sheets are also known, which, likewise,
30 are arranged between the cladding and the slab, with the obvious purpose of preventing the filtration of water, water vapor, etc. These sheets are commonly used in places where there are risks of moisture, either indoors or outdoors.
The applicant is unaware of the existence of a solution that solves both of the aforementioned problems, including all the essential characteristics shown by the de-consolidation sheet object of the present application. 2

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is established and characterized in the independent claims 5, while the dependent claims describe other features thereof.
The object of the invention is a desolidarization sheet, which is suitable to be arranged between a lining and a slab. The technical problem to solve is to provide a
10 alternative solution that prevents the transmission of the variations that the slab undergoes, as well as that prevents the passage of water or moisture between said building elements.
The sheet comprises a multi-layer structure composed of a central core and two
15 waterproof outer layers. Each of these outer layers is attached and attached to one of the major surfaces of the central core, where, said central core is made of a nonwoven fabric or an interlaced fiber.
Additionally, the impermeable outer layer may comprise at least two sub-layers 20 of polyolefin, and its larger outer surface, be covered by a fibrous fabric.
With the inclusion of the central core of nonwoven textile or fiber interlacing between the impermeable outer layers, it is possible to de-consolidate the assembly formed by the slab and the lining. The desolidarization sheet is arranged between the slab and the lining in such a way that, when the slab undergoes variations due to expansion or contraction of its material, the non-woven textile or the fibers that make up the central core absorb said variations recognized as movements of the forged, the material from the central core being torn off but without decoupling from the impermeable outer layers, thereby preventing the transmission of the movements suffered by the floor
30 to the coating, implying that no cracks appear in the finish of the latter.
That is, the non-woven textile or fiber that forms the central core allows the joint between the slab and the lining to be de-consolidated, maintaining the cohesion of said joint without breaking the material of the central core, thus absorbing the collapse or movement that suffers
35 the floor without affecting the finish of the coating.

On the other hand, the sheet object of the present invention constitutes a barrier to the passage of water and moisture between the construction elements that hold together; at the same time that it distributes, through the fibrous tissue that covers it, the moisture produced by the water vapor that forms the slab, preventing the bags of said steam from creating lumps in
5 the finish of the coating. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES
The present specification is complemented with a set of illustrative figures of a preferred and never limiting embodiment of the invention.
Figure 1 represents a front view of the deolidarization sheet.
Figure 2 represents an enlarged detail of Figure 1, showing the composition of the impermeable outer layer. DETAILED EXHIBITION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is a deolidarization sheet, which is arranged between a
20 lining and a slab, with a view to preventing the formation of cracks in the lining finish due to variations in the slab, for example, movements due to the expansion or contraction of the latter's material.
The desolidarization sheet can be marketed in rolls, coils, etc.
As shown in Figure 1, the sheet comprises a multi-layer structure composed of:
-a central core (1), and-two outer layers (2) waterproof.
Each outer layer (2) is attached and attached to one of the major surfaces of the central core (1), said central core (1) being a nonwoven fabric or an interlacing of fibers.
Thus, the non-woven textile or the fiber that forms the central core (1) allows the joint between the slab and the lining to be de-consolidated (not shown in the figures), maintaining the cohesion of said joint without reaching the breaking of the core material central (1); East

Finally, it absorbs the movement that the slab experiences, so as not to affect the finish of the coating. That is, while one of the outer layers (2) of the sheet is moved next to the slab, the other layer (2) remains unchanged next to the lining, assuming, by deformation of the core core material (1), the variations of the wrought.
5 As can be seen in Figure 2, it is preferred that the outer layer (2) comprises at least two sub-layers of polyolefin (2.1), and that its larger outer surface be covered by a fibrous tissue (2.2).
As can be understood, this preferred composition of the outer layer (2) provides a plurality of barriers to the passage of water and moisture, according to the amount of polyolefin sub-layers (2.1) that it includes.
Additionally, the coating of both major surfaces of the sheet
Demolition with the fibrous tissue (2.2), in addition to distributing the moisture produced by the water vapor that forms the slab, facilitates a better grip with the adhesive (not shown in the figures) that joins it to the lining.
